Repligen Released Parties. Any or all of (a) Repligen, (b) the current and former Affiliates of Repligen, (c) the successors and assignees of the entities and individuals described in clauses (a) and (b) of this Section and (d) the officers, directors and employees of the entities and individuals described in clauses (a), (b) and (c) of this Section.
