Reportable Event

Reportable Event. Shall mean a reportable event as that term is defined in Title IV of ERISA, except actions of general applicability by the Secretary of Labor under Section 110 of such Act.

Reportable Event. Means an event described in Section 4043(c) of ERISA with respect to a Plan other than those events as to which the 30-day notice period is waived under subsection .22, .23, .25, .27 or .28 of PBGC Regulation Section 4043.

Reportable Event. Shall have the meaning set forth in Title IV of ERISA.

Reportable Event. Means a "reportable event" as defined in Section 4043 of ERISA with respect to which the notice requirements to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation have not been waived.

Reportable Event. Shall mean a reportable event as that term is defined in Title IV of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended, with respect to a Plan as to which the thirty (30) day notice requirement has not been waived by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.

Reportable Event. A reportable event (as defined in Section 4043 of ERISA), other than an event for which the 30-day notice requirement under ERISA has been waived in regulations issued by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.

Reportable Event. Has the meaning set forth in ERISA ss.4043.

Reportable Event. Means any of the events set forth in Section 4043(c) of ERISA, other than events for which the 30-day notice period has been waived.
