Reportable Event

Example Definitions of "Reportable Event"
Reportable Event. Shall mean a reportable event as that term is defined in Title IV of ERISA, except actions of general applicability by the Secretary of Labor under Section 110 of such Act.

Reportable Event. Means an event described in Section 4043(c) of ERISA with respect to a Plan other than those events as to which the 30-day notice period is waived under subsection .22, .23, .25, .27 or .28 of PBGC Regulation Section 4043.
