Reporting Lodging REIT. Shall mean a lodging or hospitality company that is qualified as a real estate investment trust for purposes of federal income taxation, that is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act and that has shares of common equity listed on a securities exchange registered as a national securities exchange pursuant to Section 6 of the Exchange Act
