Reports

Reports. Mean daily, monthly, quarterly and annual operating statements, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial and non-financial reports we require.

Reports. The "Reports") to the Agent, the Lenders and the Owner Participant, subject to the requirement that with respect to the Reports, the Agent, the Lenders and the Owner Participant will agree to be bound by the same conditions and restrictions as the lenders under the Credit Agreement.

Reports. All documentation, electronic or otherwise containing Information. By way of example, "Reports" includes all documents summarizing preclinical and clinical study reports that have been produced prior to or after the Effective Date, and include the documents referenced in Exhibit B
