Repurchase Price

Repurchase Price. $0.0023 per share (as appropriately adjusted for any stock combination, stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, or other similar transaction).

Repurchase Price. Means: (i) on or following a Participant's termination of employment or service, as applicable, other than by the Employer for Cause, an amount equal to the Fair Market Value of the Stock on the date of repurchase; or (ii) on or following a Participant's termination of employment or service, as applicable, by the Employer for Cause, the lesser of (A) the original purchase price paid for such shares of Stock, and (B) the Fair Market Value of the Stock on the date of repurchase.

Repurchase Price.
