Request Date

Request Date. Means the date on which TCB or Citco, as the case may be, exercises its rights under this Option Agreement.

Request Date. Shall mean the earliest date on which (i) the holders of at least $50.0 million in principal amount of the Registrable Securities have demanded in writing the filing of a registration statement pursuant to Section 2(b) or (ii) any holder of Registrable Securities who is an affiliate of Parent (within the meaning of Rule 405 of the Securities Act) has demanded the filing of a registration statement pursuant to Section 2(b).

Request Date. The date on which the holders of at least $75,000,000 in principal amount of Registrable Securities have requested in writing the filing of a registration statement pursuant to Section 3(a) in compliance with the terms of this Agreement; provided, however, that such requirement shall not apply if the Company or the Guarantors have failed to consummate a Registered Exchange Offer on or prior to the Exchange Date

Request Date. The date one or more Holders holding in the aggregate not less than 25% of all Registrable Securities requests the Company in writing to register any of its Registrable Securities pursuant to this Agreement; provided that such Holders may make a demand for such registration under this Agreement more than three times.
