Request for Advance. Borrower's written request for an advance under the Loan Documents for necessary working capital and overhead, as specified by Borrower and in such form and detail and with such other documents, resolutions and/or certifications as Lender may require and approve, all of which are a precondition to any advance of funds under the Loan Documents.
