Requestor

Requestor. Means the Holder or Holders requesting the registration in question. Actions taken by the Requestor shall be taken by those Holders making such request who hold a majority of the Registrable Securities held by such Holders.

Requestor. Either of the HPC Entities, until such time as neither of the HPC Entities, nor any of their Affiliates or limited or general partners, holds any Registrable Securities, and thereafter any Holder or Holders who, in the aggregate, beneficially own at least 50% of the securities that constitute Registrable Securities
