Required Capacity

Required Capacity. Purchaser will notify Grantor of its intent to purchase any Capacity ("Required Capacity"). The Grantor will then notify the Purchaser of its willingness to supply Required Capacity, and the terms and conditions, inlcuding price, quality guarantees, delivery guarantees, project management commitments upon which Grantor or its affiliate(s) are prepared to supply Required Capacity.
