Example Definitions of "Required Collateral Amount"
Required Collateral Amount. Means Collateral having a value equal to the greater of (i) one hundred fifty million dollars ($150,000,000), less the amount of any Capital Contributions made by the Support Provider as a result of a Contribution Event, or (ii) the amount by which the Amortized Cost Value of the Covered Investments exceeds 90% of the then-current market value of the Covered Investments as determined by the Fund for purposes of calculating the Fund's net asset value per share.
Required Collateral Amount. Means Collateral having a value equal to the Maximum Contribution Amount.
