Example Definitions of "Required Documents"
Required Documents. Means the Application, Contract, and all other documents listed on Exhibit E attached hereto and a part hereof, each of which is required to be delivered to Household with respect to the purchase of each Contract, as such documents may be changed or supplemented from time to time by Household in its sole discretion upon written notice to Company.
Required Documents. For each Security as to which an Asset File is delivered to the Document Custodian: (a) the related Document Checklist; and (b) such documents identified in the Document Checklist that may include any Underlying Documents (but excluding any physical certificates evidencing ownership of a Certificated Security).
