Example Definitions of "Required Effective Date"
Required Effective Date. 60 days after the Required Filing Date. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings set forth in the License Agreement or in the Rules of the SEC.
Required Effective Date. 60 Means 75 days after the Required Filing Date. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings set forth in the License Common Stock and Warrant Purchase Agreement or in the Rules of the SEC.

Required Effective Date. Means the relevant Initial Required Effective Date or Increased Required Effective Date (as those terms are defined below).
