Required Filing Date

Required Filing Date. Means the thirtieth (30th) day immediately following the Closing Date.

Required Filing Date. The date as soon as practicable after the Closing Date but no later than forty-five (45) days after the Closing Date.

Required Filing Date. Means the date as soon as practicable after the Closing Date but no later than the earlier (x) the later of seventy-five (75) days after the Closing Date or (y) fifteen (15) days after the Additional Closing Date.
