Required Holding Period. The requisite period prescribed by Section 102 and the ITO Rules, or such other period as may be required by the ITA, with respect to 102 Trustee Grants, during which the 102 Trustee Grants and the Shares issued upon the exercise of the 102 Trustee Grants must be held by the Trustee for the benefit of the person to whom it was granted.
