Required Investors

Required Investors. Means (i) prior to Closing the Investors who, together with their Affiliates, have agreed to purchase a majority of the Securities to be sold hereunder and (ii) from and after the Closing the Investors beneficially owning (calculated in accordance with Rule 13d-3 under the 1934 Act without giving effect to any limitation on exercise of the Warrants set forth therein) a majority of the aggregate outstanding Shares and Warrant Shares.

Required Investors. Means the Investors holding a majority of the Registrable Securities.

Required Investors. Means the Investors holding a majority of the Registrable Securities outstanding from time to time.

Required Investors. Means the Investors holding at least 66% of the Registrable Securities at the time of the action taken by the Required Investors.

Required Investors. The Investors holding at least 66 2/3% of the Registrable Securities. For purposes of this definition, an Investor shall be deemed to hold any Registrable Securities then issuable upon conversion or exercise (as applicable) of any Shares, Warrants or Reset Warrants held by such Investor

Required Investors. Means (i) each Significant Investor and (ii) the Investors beneficially owning a majority of the Registrable Securities (without regard to any conversion limitations specified in the Series A Preferred Stock).

Required Investors. Means the holders of a majority in interest of the Securities based on the initial Subscription Amounts (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Preferred Shares), for so long as such shares remain "Registrable Securities" under the Registration Rights Agreement.

Required Investors. The Investors beneficially owning a majority of the Registrable Securities (without regard to any exercise limitations specified in the Warrants)

Required Investors. Means the Investors holding a majority of the Registrable Securities then outstanding (determined as if all of the Preferred Shares then outstanding have been converted in full without regard to any limitations on the conversion of such Preferred Shares, including the requirement to obtain the approval of the stockholders of Galecto) (voting together as a single class).

Required Investors. The Investors holding a majority of the Registrable Securities outstanding from time to time (determined as if all of the Pre-Funded Warrants then outstanding have been exercised without regard to any limitations on the exercise of such Pre-Funded Warrants).
