Required Library. Has the meaning specified therefor in the Credit Agreement

Required Library. Means, as of any date of determination, the Copyrights of the Loan Parties that are based on or derived from those computer software programs or other technology of the Loan Parties that at the time account for not less than (i) 65% of the total amount of the net product and subscription revenues of the Loan Parties and (ii) 90% of the total amount of revenues of the "printer imaging business" of the Loan Parties, in each case, for the immediately preceding fiscal quarter.
