Required Purchasers

Required Purchasers. Means the Purchasers holding a majority of the Registrable Securities.

Required Purchasers. Means the Purchasers agreeing to purchase a majority of the Debentures being issued pursuant to this Agreement.

Required Purchasers. Shall mean one or more Persons holding greater than seventy-five percent (75%) of the aggregate principal amount of all Notes then outstanding.
