Required Shares

Required Shares. Means at least 75% of the shares of the Series F Preferred purchased by the Investor pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, or such number of shares of Common Stock (whether voting or non-voting) issued upon conversion of such number of shares of Series F Preferred.
