Requisite Noteholders. The holders of a majority-in-interest of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes.
Requisite Noteholders. The holders of a majority-in-interest majority in interest of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes.
Requisite Noteholders. The holders of a majority-in-interest majority in interest of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes.
