Requisite Stockholder Approval

Requisite Stockholder Approval. Means the affirmative vote of the holders of a majority in interest of the Seller Shares in favor of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Requisite Stockholder Approval. Requisite Stockholder Approval. Means approval of the Company's stockholders of the exercise of this Warrant for the Warrant Shares in accordance with the listing rules of the Principal Trading Market.

Requisite Stockholder Approval. Means obtaining the approval of the Second Conversion by the affirmative vote (in person or by proxy) of the holders of a majority of the outstanding shares of the Issuer's Common Stock present at the meeting of stockholders of the Issuer, as required pursuant to the Transaction Agreement.
