RESEARCH COST REIMBURSEMENTS

RESEARCH COST REIMBURSEMENTS. Shall mean any payment for research and/or development that used PATENT RIGHTS under a research, development, testing, collaboration or co-development arrangement as documented by delivery to the payor of a written report which is not in excess of reimbursement for the costs, APPORTIONED OVERHEAD and salaries and fees required to conduct such research or development.
