Research Diagnostic rDx

Research Diagnostic rDx. Shall mean test(s) performed on a commercial basis on a tissue or other biological sample, the results of which are provided to any party for any purpose, excluding use as Clinical Diagnostic. For purposes of clarity, rDx includes test(s) performed on human tissue or other human biological sample in the course of Phase I, II, III or IV clinical trials for an ethical pharmaceutical.
