Example Definitions of "Research Intellectual Property"
Research Intellectual Property. Shall mean (a) Information developed by or on behalf of CombinatoRx in the course of performing the Research and (b) Patents claiming such Information. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, "Research Intellectual Property" shall include any and all Hits, Lead Candidates, Drug Candidates, other candidate co-therapy regimens, combination drugs, drug admixtures, drug co-formulations and processing technology, in each case, to the extent developed by CombinatoRx during the Research.
