Example Definitions of "Research Period"
Research Period. Shall mean an initial term of two years commencing on the Effective Date, and in the event the TAU Team meets the milestones set forth in the Research Plan in accordance with Section 2.2.1, a total term of four years ending on June 30, 2008.
