Research Results

Research Results. All data, test results, laboratory notes, techniques, know-how, and any other information obtained in the performance of the Research Project. The term "Research Results" does not include Project Materials, patentable inventions, copyrighted or copyrightable works, trademarks or service marks, or other intellectual property based on the Research Results. As a matter of policy, Institution ordinarily will not assert trade secret protection for Research Results.

Research Results. All data sets, data analyses, reports detailing all optimized conditions and procedures, test results, laboratory notes, techniques, know-how, and any other results that are developed in the performance of the Research Program

Research Results. Shall mean any and all Know-how discovered, generated, or obtained by, or on behalf of, members of the TAU Team alone or together with one or more employees or consultants of the Company other than the TAU Team in the course of the performance of the Research.

Research Results. Means any and all data, materials, compositions, methods, processes, analyses, formulae and information generated, conceived or created by members of the TRDF Team (alone or together with others) in the performance of the Research.
