Example Definitions of "Research"
Research. Shall mean those discovery and preclinical activities undertaken by or on behalf of Cardiokine, its Affiliates or sublicensees with respect to a Licensed Product prior to the Development of such Licensed Product, including, without limitation, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, preclinical toxicology, and formulation of such Licensed Product. When used as a verb "Research" shall mean to engage in Research.
