Reseller Software

Reseller Software. Means (i) the SoftBrands Fourth Shift Edition for Business One in the current Version as of the date of this Agreement, (ii) the DemandStream software in the current Version as of the date of this Agreement, (iii) any releases, versions or correction levels of the Reseller Software released during the term of the Agreement, and (iv) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.
