Reseller

Reseller. Means a person or entity that distributes Products directly or through other Resellers to End-Users, Products directly or through other Resellers to System Builders, or Products integrated into Computers directly or through other Resellers to End-Users.

Reseller. Means agents which may be appointed or contracted by Total Horizon at its own expense to assist in the marketing and sales of the Pay2 Card, each Reseller appointed to be subject to the approval of Pay2.

Reseller. Means any business entity which EMC utilizes to sell, market and service Products and sublicense Software for eventual use by End User Customers in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any License(s) (as defined in Section 4 of this Agreement) relating thereto.

Reseller. Means a legal entity to which you grant rights under Section 3(g) to redistribute, to its Customers, Software Services provided by you.
