Reserve

Reserve. Such amount as may be determined from time to time by Summit in its sole discretion.

Reserve. Reserve means, individually and collectively, the Escrow Reserve and the Collected Reserve.

Reserve. Those funds now held or hereafter reserved by Licensee to cover (i) Management and Operating Expenses, (ii) follow-on investments made to protect the existing Assets and undertaken only with SBA's prior written approval, and (iii) other estimated contingencies approved in writing by SBA.

Reserve. The definition of 'Reserve' in Section 1.117 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the phrase 'greater than fifteen (15%)' and replacing it with 'greater than ten (10%)'.
