Residential Properties

Residential Properties. Shall mean non-commercial properties that are utilized solely for residential purposes, excluding (a) properties with respect to which Licensee has entered into a contract having four or more connected and/or attached residential units, and (b) properties which are part of a residential condominium unit and Licensee has entered into a contract which is negotiated and paid for by the management of the condominium.
