Residual Facilities. Collectively, (i) the Master Residual Loan Agreement between Triad Financial Residual Special Purpose LLC, Goldman Sachs Mortgage Company and JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. dated as of the Initial Closing Date and (ii) the Master Residual Loan Agreement between Triad Financial Residual Special Purpose LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp. and JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. dated as of the Initial Closing Date, each as amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
