Example Definitions of "Residuals"
Residuals. Means information (that is not protected by trade secret laws or by a patent of the Disclosing Party) retained in the unaided memory of an individual who has had access to Confidential Information without conscious attempt by such individual to memorize such information.
Residuals. Means those ideas, concepts, know-how, and techniques related to information in non-tangible form which is retained in the unaided memories of the employees of a Party and which such Party individually or jointly, develops, learns or discloses under this Agreement.
Residuals. Means technical information related to computer software technology in non-tangible form, which may be retained in the unaided memory of persons who have had access to one or more Deliverables, the Client Website or the Specifications, including ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained therein, which do not specifically relate to business requirements and confidential information of Client and/or Client Website, but have other, general applications;
Residuals. Information in non-tangible form that has been unintentionally retained in the memory of and used by persons who have had access to the Analog Technology as authorized herein
