Example Definitions of "Response"
Response. Is an acknowledgement of a trouble ticket delivered by E*TRADE to Watley (a "Trouble Ticket") or a response initiated by Watley to E*TRADE in those cases where Watley discovers the problem without contact from E*TRADE. Watley will proactively escalate problems that are unresolved in accordance with the intervals of time listed in the escalation chart.
