Responsible Officer

Responsible Officer. Is each of the Chief Executive Officer, the President, the Chief Financial Officer and the Controller of Borrower.

Responsible Officer. Means, with respect to a Party, an officer designated in writing by such Party to the other Party as a proper addressee for notices delivered pursuant to this Agreement.

Responsible Officer. Shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 1(d)

Responsible Officer. As to any Person, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Financial Officer or any Vice President of such Person. Unless otherwise specified, all references to a Responsible Officer herein shall mean a Responsible Officer of the Borrower

Responsible Officer. Any of the Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Grantor.

Responsible Officer. With respect to any Person, the chief executive officer, president, chief financial officer, treasurer or assistant treasurer of a Person. Any document delivered hereunder that is signed by a Responsible Officer of a Person shall be conclusively presumed to have been authorized by all necessary corporate, partnership and/or other action on the part of such Person and such Responsible Officer shall be conclusively presumed to have acted on behalf of such Person.

Responsible Officer. Of any corporation shall mean any executive officer, chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer or controller of such corporation and any other officer or similar official thereof responsible for the administration of the obligations of such corporation in respect of this Agreement.
