The collective reference to the Restated OMG Term Note, the Restated Continental Term Note, the Restated Maryland Wire Term Note, the Restated H&H Tube Term Note, the Restated Camdel Term Note, the Restated Canfield Term Note, the Restated Indiana Tube Term Note, the Restated Lucas Term Note, the Restated H&H Electronic Term Note and the Restated Sumco Term Note; each sometimes individually referred to herein as a "Restated Term Note".
