Restated Tranche B Note

Restated Tranche B Note. Shall mean the Amended and Restated Secured Tranche B Note, dated of even date herewith, by AASI payable to Congress in the original principal amount of $2,500,000, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
