Restated Tranche C Note

Restated Tranche C Note. Shall mean the Amended and Restated Secured ----------------------- Tranche C Note, dated of even date herewith, by AASI payable to the order of Congress in the aggregate principal amount of $1,500,000, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
