Restricted Group Designee(s)

Restricted Group Designee(s). Macary and any other individuals subsequently designated from time to time by the Restricted Group; provided, however, that no individual who is an officer, director, partner or shareholder of any competitor of the Company or any of its subsidiaries (other than a shareholder which owns less than 5% of the voting stock or power of a competitor which is a publicly-traded company) shall serve as a Restricted Group Designee
