Restricted Non-Compete Period

Restricted Non-Compete Period. Any time from the Commencement Date of this Agreement through the date that is two (2) years after Executive's Date of Termination. For purposes of this definition of Restricted Non-Compete Period, references to the "Bank" shall include the Bank, the Successor Company, Allegiance, Allegiance Bank, and their affiliates.
