Restricted NonSolicitation Period
Restricted NonSolicitation Period. Means the period of twenty-four (24) months immediately following the Termination Date; provided, that If Executive violates the provisions of Paragraph 5, the Restricted Non-Solicitation Period shall be extended by that number of days which equals the aggregate of all days during which at any time any such violations occurred.
