Restricted Product

Restricted Product. Means any toy, doll, game, electronic game, activity set, collectible model vehicle or other product that, on the Termination Date or at any time during the 12-month period preceding the Termination Date, (i) is or was designed, developed, manufactured or otherwise produced, marketed, distributed, sold or otherwise traded or dealt in or with by or for the Company or any Subsidiary or (ii) is or was subject to a Restricted Trade Right.
