Restricted Products

Restricted Products. Any products of a kind which have been provided by the Company or any Group Company in the ordinary course of the Businesses at any time during the 6 months preceding the Termination Date and in respect of which or the marketing of which the Executive's Duties were directly concerned or for which the Executive was responsible during such period or in relation to which the Executive possesses Confidential Information at the Terminated Date.

Restricted Products. Any computer entertainment products in hardware format similar to those developed and published by the Company or any Group Company products of a kind which have been dealt in, produced, marketed or sold by the Company in the ordinary course of the Business at any time during the 6 months preceding the Termination Date;
