Restricted Proposed Services. Any services of a kind which have been provided by the Company or any Group Company in the ordinary course of the Businesses at any time during the 6 months preceding the Termination Date and in respect of which or the marketing of which the Executive's Duties were directly concerned or for which the Executive was responsible during such period or in relation to which the Executive possesses Confidential Information at the Termination Date.
