Restricted Share Permitted Transferees

Restricted Share Permitted Transferees. (i) any spouse, lineal descendant, sibling, parent, heir, executor, administrator, testamentary trustee, legatee or beneficiary of the Holder, (ii) a trust that is for the exclusive benefit of the Holder or its Restricted Share Permitted Transferees under clause (i) above or (iii) a limited liability company or corporation, all of the outstanding capital stock or membership interests of which is of record and beneficially owned by the Holder or any of those Persons in clause (i) above.
