Example Definitions of "Restricted Share Units"
Restricted Share Units. The right to receive in the future a share of Common Stock granted under Section 6(c) of the Plan
Restricted Share Units. The right, as described in Section 7(c), to receive an amount, payable in either cash or shares of Common Stock, equal to the value of a specified number of shares of Common Stock
Restricted Share Units. A Share-denominated unit with a value equal to the Fair Market Value of a specified number of Shares that is subject to vesting requirements. Restricted Share Units are bookkeeping units and do not represent ownership of Shares or any other equity security.
Restricted Share Units. Rights granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 6 representing a number of hypothetical Investor Interests
