Restricted Share

Restricted Share. Shall mean a Common Share granted to the Executive pursuant to the Company's 2003 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended, or the Company's 2010 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, as amended.

Restricted Share. The shares of Class A Common Stock of the Company reserved pursuant to Section 3 hereof and any such shares issued to a Recipient pursuant to this Plan

Restricted Share. A share of the Stock awarded to a Recipient, but subject to provisions affecting retention and transferability

Restricted Share. Shares, the grant, issuance, retention and/or vesting of which is subject to such conditions as are expressed in the agreement evidencing the Award of Restricted Shares.

Restricted Share. A Share granted to a Nonemployee Director in accordance with paragraph 4 and subject to the restrictions set forth in paragraph 5.

Restricted Share. A Share awarded to an Eligible Person pursuant to Article 7 that is subject to certain restrictions and may be subject to forfeiture

Restricted Share. Means a share of Common Stock issued to a Recipient hereunder subject to such terms and conditions, including, without limitation, forfeiture or resale to the Company, and to such restrictions against sale, transfer or other disposition, as the Committee may determine at the time of issuance.

Restricted Share. Any Share issued with the restriction that the holder may not sell, transfer, pledge or assign such Share and with such other restrictions as the Committee, in its sole discretion, may impose, which restrictions may lapse separately or in combination at such time or times, in installments or otherwise, as the Committee may deem appropriate.

Restricted Share. A Share with respect to which the terms, conditions and restrictions are set forth in Section 3 of this Agreement.

Restricted Share. Means a Share granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6(d), that is subject to certain restrictions and to a risk of forfeiture.
