Restricted Stock

Restricted Stock. Stock granted to a Participant under Section 7 with respect to which the applicable Restrictions have not lapsed or been removed.

Restricted Stock. Means Common Stock awarded to an Employee, Consultant or Non-Employee Director pursuant to Section 7 of this Plan.
