Restricted Unit

Example Definitions of "Restricted Unit"
Restricted Unit. Means a right to receive payment in Shares following the expiration of the Restriction Period.
Restricted Unit. Any Award of a contractual right granted under Section 9 to receive Common Stock (or, at the discretion of the Committee, cash based on the Fair Market Value of a Share of the Common Stock) which becomes vested and nonforfeitable, in whole or in part, upon the satisfaction of such conditions as shall be determined by the Committee
Restricted Unit. A Unit granted or sold pursuant to Section 6 of this Plan as to which both the substantial risk of forfeiture and the prohibition on transfers has not expired.
