Restricted Units

Restricted Units. Shall mean that number of restricted units listed in the Award Letter as "Awards Granted."

Restricted Units. That number of restricted units listed in the Award Letter as Awards Granted, as the same may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof

Restricted Units. That number of restricted units listed in the Award Letter as Awards Granted, subjection to Section 4(b)

Restricted Units. Means units awarded pursuant to Section 9 that entitle a Participant to receive, in the future, either a Share or the Fair Market Value thereof.

Restricted Units. Units acquired pursuant to the exercise of an unvested Option in accordance with Section 9(h) below or pursuant to a grant under Section 11 below.

Restricted Units. The term "Restricted Units" shall mean a promise by the Company of a future issuance or delivery of shares of Common Stock of the Company, granted to the French Grantees, for no consideration and to which any dividend and voting rights attach only upon the issuance of shares at the time of vesting of the Restricted Units.

Restricted Units. Means Units issued under the Plan to the Grantee for such consideration, if any, and subject to such restrictions on transfer, rights of first refusal, repurchase provisions, forfeiture provisions, and other terms and conditions as established by the Administrator.

Restricted Units. An Award of Units under Section 7 that may be subject to certain restrictions and to a risk of forfeiture.

Restricted Units. As defined in Sections 2 and 6

Restricted Units. Means Units granted or sold pursuant to Section 7 as to which neither the ownership restrictions nor the restrictions on transfer have expired.
