Restrictions

Restrictions. Means the exposure to forfeiture set forth in Sections 4(a) and 5 and the restrictions on sale or other transfer set forth in Section 3(b).

All conditions, restrictions, reservations (whether or not of record), statutes, regulations and ordinances affecting the Mortgaged Property, including, without limitation, all pollution control, environmental protection, zoning and land use regulations, building codes and all restrictions and requirements imposed by the cities where the Mortgaged Property is located and all other governmental entities with respect to the Mortgaged Property and the contemplated uses of the Mortgaged Property.

Restrictions.
